摘要 农业工业废物的厌氧共消化是稳定产生沼气的残留物的有前途的选择。这项工作考虑了牛瘤胃成分,皮革制革雕刻脂肪和活性污泥净化的混合物。在完全混合的反应器中,分批以及在连续条件下对单个废物和废物混合物进行了生物降解性测试。连续反应器在30天的平均停留时间下运行,负载量为3.0gVS/Ld,VS去除效率达到66%,去除0.38LCH4/kgVS,去除0.58LCH4/kgVS。一种具有时滞的一阶动力学模型用于描述整个过程的行为在两个系统中都使用直接搜索方法进行参数确定。 anaerobic co digestion of agricultural and industrial wastes is a promising choice for the stable production of biogas residues.This work considered the mixture of rumen composition of cattle,leather carving fat and activated sludge purification.In a fully mixed reactor,the biodegradability of single waste and waste mixture was tested in batches and under continuous conditions.The continuous reactor was operated at an average residence time of 30 days,with a load of 3.0gvs/ld.The removal efficiency of vs reached 66%,0.38lch4/kgvs and 0.58lch4/kgvs were removed.A first-order dynamic model with time delay is used to describe the behavior of the whole process.In both systems,the direct search method is used to determine the parameters.
