摘要
"少阳"从《黄帝内经》中的三阴三阳概念中,衍化至张仲景的六经辨证系统里,以其病理、生理,甚至概念意义上的特殊性,在临床实践中扮演着重要的角色,且具备特殊的规律。少阳作为六经之一,有其所对应的疾病状态,"半表半里"是对其所对应的疾病状态的一种描述,并非指其位置而言。
Shaoyang from the concept of Sanyin-Sanyang in Huangdi’s Canon of Medicine,derived from Zhang Zhongjing ’s Syndrome-Differentiation of the Six M eridians,plays an important role in clinical practice w ith its pathological,physiological and even conceptual specificity. Shaoyang has its corresponding disease state. "Half exterior and half interior syndrome"is a description of the disease state corresponding to it,not its position.
