摘要
使用氧气作为氧化剂,氢氧化钠为浸出剂,在加压条件下从高砷铅阳极泥中脱砷。研究了碱性氧压体系下氢氧化钠用量、反应温度、氧分压、液固比、反应时间、搅拌速率对砷、锑浸出率的影响,并得到了得到较优工艺条件。在氢氧化钠用量为理论量1.3倍、温度120℃、氧分压0.8MPa、液固比4:1、反应时间120min、搅拌速率500r/min的最佳优化条件下,As、Sb浸出率分别为94.53%,0.71%.
Arsenic was leached by oxdative pressure leaching process from high As lead anode slime dust using O2 as oxidant and sodium hydroxide as leaching agent.The effects of NaOH mass,reaction temperature,O2 pressure,mass ratio of liquid to solid,time,agitation on the leaching rate of As and Sb were investigated using single-factor test.Optimal process parameters on As and Sb leaching from high As lead anode slime were obtained.Under the optimal condition as follows,NaOH mass of 1.3 times the theoretical amount.,reaction temperature of 120℃,O2 pressure of 0.8MPa,mass ratio of liquid to solid of 4,time of 120 min,agitation speed of 500 r/min,the results show that leaching rate of As and Sb can reach 94.54% and 0.71%,respectively.
