摘要
上海合作组织作为目前唯一将总部设在中国,并以中国城市命名的区域性国际组织,在地区的安全稳定和发展繁荣中发挥着越来越重要的作用,日益成为中国在全球治理中发挥重要作用的平台。经过18年的蓬勃发展,上合组织在合作内容、合作区域、合作观念以及合作目标上都发生了新的转向。
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO) is the only regional international organization established in China so far, named after a Chinese city and headquartered in China. It plays an increasingly important role in regional security, stability, development and prosperity, and increasingly becomes a platform for China to play an important role in global governance. After 18 years of vigorous development, the SCO has undergone new changes in content, region, concept and objectives of cooperation.
