摘要
[目的]探讨手术室专科护理质量敏感指标构建对腹部外科病人预后的影响。[方法]选取2017年1月—2017年12月入院的150例腹部外科手术病人设为对照组,2018年1月—2018年12月入院的150例腹部外科手术病人设为观察组。对照组术中行普外科护理常规干预,观察组通过建立手术室专科护理质量敏感指标进行护理干预,比较两组病人术中不良事件及护理服务满意度。[结果]观察组术中压疮、异物遗漏、病人意外受伤、护士锐器损伤、错误用药等不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对住院环境、护理服务态度、健康教育、基础护理、危急性事件处理等方面满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]手术室专科护理质量敏感指标构建能有效促进腹部外科手术病人术后康复,提高病人对护理服务质量的满意率。
Objective:To explore the influence of the construction of specialist nursing quality sensitivity indicators in operating room on the prognosis of patients with abdominal surgery.Methods:A total of150 patients admitted for abdominal surgery from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group,and another 150 patients admitted for abdominal surgery from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group.The patients in control group received routine nursing intervention in general surgery during the operation,and the patients in observation group received the nursing intervention by establishing specialist nursing quality sensitivity indicators in operating room.Then the intraoperative adverse events and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidences of adverse events such as intraoperative pressure sore,foreign body omissions,accidental injuries,sharp instrument injuries of nurses,wrong medication was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients on hospital environment,nursing service attitude,health education,basic nursing and acute event treatment in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The construction of specialist nursing quality sensitivity indicators in operating room can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing abdominal surgery and improve the satisfaction rate of patients on quality of nursing service.
