摘要
目的探讨对儿童毛细支气管炎应用射干麻黄汤联合布地奈德治疗,分析其临床治疗效果。方法按照随机数字表法将2018年1月-2019年3月就诊的86例毛细支气管炎患儿分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组患儿应用常规治疗+布地奈德治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上应用射干麻黄汤治疗,观察并分析2组患儿临床治疗效果、血清指标的变化情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率(97.67%)较对照组患儿治疗有效率(72.09%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗后PCT、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组患儿PCT、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对毛细支气管炎患儿应用射干麻黄汤联合布地奈德治疗,可有效降低其炎症反应,改善其临床症状,提高治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of Shegan Mahuang decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods 86 cases of bronchiolitis children in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The children in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and budesonide,and the children in the observation group were treated with Shegan Mahuang decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and the change of the serum index in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective ratein the observation group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(72.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PCT and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of PCT and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shegan Mahuang decoction combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction,and improve its clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect.
