矿用减速机热平衡设计的应用

摘要 矿用减速机的热平衡特性对减速机的密封性能以及齿轮传动件的使用寿命具有重要影响。通过对低温工况下运行的减速机进行热平衡设计,确定了减速机加热冷却系统的各项参数,并进行了加热冷却系统设计。经过实际应用表明,减速机使用性能良好,证明了这种方法的可靠性,对于减速机优化设计具有重要意义。 The thermal balance characteristics of mining reducers have an important influence on the sealing performance of reducers and the service life of gear transmission parts.Through the heat balance design of the reducer operating under low temperature conditions,the parameters of the reducer heating and cooling system were determined,and the design of the heating and cooling system was carried out.The practical application showed that the reducer had good performance,which proved the reliability of this method and was of great significance for the optimal design of the reducer.
