同忻煤矿2号煤层8201工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷技术研究

摘要 为提高同忻煤矿2号煤层的煤炭采出率,根据8201工作面的地质条件,分析切顶卸压机理,采用数值模拟的方式,对不同切顶高度下围岩的应力计位移情况进行研究,确定切顶的垂直高度为10.4 m,结合工作面具体特征,对切顶卸压沿空留巷的技术方案进行设计,并观测巷道表面位移情况。结果表明,切顶卸压沿空留巷技术实施后,留巷期间顶底板及两帮最大变形量分别为620 mm、116 mm,复采期间需加强巷道顶底板的管理。 In order to improve the coal recovery rate of No.2 coal seam in Tongxin Mine,according to the geological conditions of the 8201 working face,the pressure relief mechanism of the cutting roof was analyzed,and the numerical simulation method was used to displace the stress gauge of the surrounding rock at different cutting roof heights.The situation was studied,and the vertical height of the cut roof was determined to be 10.4 m.Based on the specific characteristics of the working face,the technical scheme of the cut-and-relieved pressure-retaining road along the goaf was designed,and the surface displacement of the roadway was observed.The results showed that after the implementation of the technology of cutting roof along the goaf,the maximum deformations of the top and bottom floors and the two sides during the stay were 620 and 116 mm,respectively,and the management of the top and bottom floors of the roadway needed to be strengthened during the mining.
