电液伺服机构设计关键特性识别方法研究

摘要 为了加强对航天单机产品的质量管理和提升可靠性,落实航天产品质量与可靠性数据包管理,通过开展电液伺服机构设计关键特性识别方法研究,按照影响飞行任务成败的权重制定设计关键特性,指出设计关键特性的控制要点及量化控制要求,形成电液伺服机构产品数据包,确保对产品全寿命周期质量的管控。 In order to deepen the quality management and reliabilityimprovement of space products,and to carry out the space products quality and reliability data packet management,the present study was to carry out the key design characteristics identification method of electro-hydraulic servo mechanism. According to design the weight affect the success or failure of the mission,the control points and the quantification control requirements of the key characteristics were pointed out,and the product data packages were formed to ensure effective quality control of product life cycle.
