摘要
目的研究全面护理在酒精性肝炎中的应用及对患者生活、肝功能的影响。方法选取2018年1~6月收治的酒精性肝炎患者90例,将所有患者随机分为常规护理组和全面护理组,每组45例。常规护理组患者采用常规护理手段进行护理,全面护理组患者采用全面护理手段进行护理。对2组患者平均住院时间、之来哦依从性以及对护理的满意度进行评价,评价2组患者护理前后酒精依赖程度、社会支持度、肝功能以及生活质量水平,并作组间比较。结果全面护理组患者平均住院时间短于常规护理组,治疗依从率显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。护理前2组患者酒精依赖程度MAST评分、社会支持度SSRS评分、肝功能指标TBIL、GGT、AST、ALT表达水平、各生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后全面护理组患者酒精依赖程度MAST评分、肝功能指标TBIL、GGT、AST、ALT表达水平低于常规护理组,社会支持度SSRS评分、各生活质量评分高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。全面护理组患者对护理的总满意度高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论运用全面护理对酒精性肝炎患者进行护理,可有效减轻患者酒精依赖程度,提高治疗依从性,改善肝功能,进而提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing on the life quality and liver function of patients with alcoholic hepatitis.Methods Ninety patients with alcoholic hepatitis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in routine nursing group were treated by routine nursing care,however,the patients in comprehensive nursing group were treated by comprehensive nursing care.The average hospitalization time,the treatment compliance rate,patient’s satisfaction degree with nursing,alcohol dependence degree,social support,liver function and life quality of patients before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The average hospitalization time of comprehensive nursing group was significantly shorter than that in routine nursing group,and the treatment compliance rate was significantly higher than that in routine nursing group(P<0.05).Before nursing there were no significant differences in alcohol dependence MAST scores,social support SSRS scores,liver function indexes including TBIL,GGT,AST,ALT and life quality of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the alcohol dependence MAST scores,liver function indexes including TBIL,GGT,AST,ALT in comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower than those in routine nursing group,however,the social support level SSR.S scores and life quality scores in comprehensive nursing group were significantly higher than those in routine nursing group(P<0.05).Moreover the total satisfaction degree in comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that in routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care for patients with alcoholic hepatitis can effectively reduce the alcohol dependence degree,improve treatment compliance,improve liver function,so as to improve the life quality of patients.
