摘要
在地方图书馆转型发展中,供给侧改革理念能够促进地方图书馆的信息化建设,推动地方图书馆的高质量发展,满足地方图书馆服务转型要求。从供给侧改革视角看,地方图书馆发展面临着数字图书馆建设滞后、公共文化服务理念缺失、馆藏资源利用率较低、服务模式及内容落后等问题,为此,应以供给侧改革理念为指导思想,不断优化图书馆的服务理念、模式等,推动数字图书馆建设,提高地方图书馆服务供给与群众服务需要的匹配度。
In the process of transformation,the concept of supply-side reform can promote the information construction of local libraries,realize their high-quality development and meet the requirements of service transformation.From the perspective of supply-side reform,the development of local libraries has been tackled by some problems,such as the lag of digital library construction,the lack of public cultural service concept,the low utilization rate of collection resources,and backward service mode and contents.Therefore,we should take the supply-side reform thinking as the guiding ideology,constantly optimize service concept and mode,speed up digital library construction,and improve the matching degree between service supply and readers'needs.
