摘要
我国在社会转型中,公私关系从偏重公的起点开始,到私的价值地位越来越被重视,公私关系趋向平衡。其依据在于公与私存在和发展的内在要求,私的价值地位在社会转型过程中逐渐提升,公的价值扩张方向发生转变。公私平衡不仅能够挺立私的主体性,而且能够将公的价值追求引向更高的目标,更有利于避免公私混淆不分、相互干预。这是对原有公私关系的超越,展现着社会变革中公与私协同发展的时代趋向。
In the process of China’s social transformation,the public-private relationship has been paid more and more attention from the beginning of emphasizing the public to the value position of the private,and the public-private relationship tends to balance.It is based on the inherent requirements of the existence and development of public and private.The value status of private gradually rises in the process of social transformation,and the direction of public value expansion changes.The public-private balance can not only establish the private subjectivity,but also lead the pursuit of public value to a higher goal,which is more conducive to avoid public-private confusion and mutual interference.This is a transcendence of the original public-private relationship,showing the trend of the times in which public and private associations develop together in social change.
