摘要 本文采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法对大米中11种农药残留物进行检测,并对试样的前处理过程进行了改进。试样经丙酮+正己烷(1∶1)提取,用无水硫酸镁、C18、乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(PSA)填料按照一定比例混合后净化,经氮吹浓缩定容后,GC-MS仪进行检测,内标法定量。结果显示,11种农药的添加水平为0.02~0.10 mg/kg时,该方法的回收率、精密度均满足GB/T 27404—2008《实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测》的要求,并可同时满足大米中11种有机磷类、有机氯类、拟除虫菊酯类、除草剂类农药残留物的检测。 In this paper,11 kinds of pesticide residues in rice are detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the pretreatment process of samples is improved.The samples are extracted by acetone n-hexane(1:1),and purified by anhydrous MgSO4,C18 and PSA filler mixed in a certain proportion.After nitrogen blowing concentration and volume determination,the samples are detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer and quantified by internal standard method.The results show that the recovery and precision of the method could meet the requirements of GB/T 27404—2008 Laboratory Quality Control Standard,Physical and Chemical Examination of Food when the level of 11 pesticides is 0.02—0.10 mg/kg,the method can be applied to the determination of 11 organophosphorus,organochlorine,pyrethroid and herbicide pesticide residues in rice.
