我国作为基建大国,施工阶段的工程造价控制不容忽视,尤其是进行工程投资的中间成本管控,对降低投资成本,规范建筑市场、提高投资效益、推动基础设施建设具有重要的意义。
As China has a lot of infrastructure construction mania in the world,the project investment control in the construction stage can not be ignored,especially in the construction stage,it is very necessary to control the intermediate cost of the project investment,which is of great significance to reduce the investment cost,standardize the construction market,improve the investment efficiency and promote the infrastructure construction.
