摘要
创办民族高等院校不仅充分体现着党和国家对民族工作的高度重视和深切关怀,也有力体现了党和少数民族之间的血肉联系。民族院校肩负着培养少数民族高素质人才、宣传研究民族理论和民族政策、继承和发扬少数民族优秀传统文化、维护民族团结和社会稳定、促进世界各民族交流与合作的神圣使命,是我国高等教育体系中的重要组成部分。民族院校学生绝大多数是少数民族或来自民族地区,由于长期受到自然环境、经济社会发展、风俗习惯、民族信仰、外来文化等多重因素影响,决定了民族院校的思想政治教育具有独特性、复杂性以及系统性,要遵循民族院校大学生成长规律,把立德树人融入教书育人全过程、渗透到学生学习生活的各个环节。找准着力点和突破口,迫切需要在课程育人、实践育人、文化育人、网络育人、资助育人等五大方面下足功夫,以期有力推动民族院校大学生思想政治教育的改革创新。
The establishment of ethnic universities fully reflects not only the Chinese Communist Party and the state’s great attention and concern for ethnic work, but also a strong manifestation of the flesh-and-blood connection between the Communist Party of China and ethnic minorities. Ethnic universities have the sacred mission of cultivating high-quality talents of ethnic minorities, publicizing ethnic theories and policies, inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities, maintaining national unity and social stability, and promoting exchanges and cooperation among ethnic groups in the world. The vast majority of students in ethnic universities are ethnic minorities or from ethnic regions. The long-term influence of multiple factors, such as the natural environment, economic and social development, customs, ethnic beliefs, and foreign cultures, determines that the ideological and political education of students in ethnic universities is unique, complex, and systematic. Therefore, it is necessary to observe the law of students’ growth in ethnic universities, integrate morality cultivation into the whole process and links of teaching and education, find the focus and breakthrough points. More importantly, five focuses should be put to educate students in the curriculum, in the practice, in the culture, in the network, and in the subsidization so as to effectively promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political education among students in ethnic universities.
