真空垫固定技术在乳腺癌调强放疗中的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨真空垫在乳腺癌调强放疗中的临床应用效果。方法采用前瞻性、随机对照的方法,以2014年6月-2015年12月在贵港市人民医院肿瘤防治中心50例行乳腺癌改良根治性切除术后患者作为研究对象。试验组给予真空垫固定体位(n=25),对照组给予乳腺托架固定体位(n=25)。比较两组患者的摆位误差、摆位成功率和重合度。结果真空垫组X方向、3D方向、Y方向及Z方向的摆位误差均小于乳腺托架组(P<0.05),一次摆位成功率和三轴移位均优于对照组(P>0.05)。结论真空垫在乳腺癌三维适形和调强放疗中应用,可以有效降低摆位误差,提高摆位的共功率和重合度,效果理想,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To explore the clinical application effect of vacuum pad in intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT) for breast cancer. Method With prospective and randomized method,50 cases of patients with breast cancer after modified radicalmastectomy of cancer prevention and control center in Guigang City People’s Hospital were reganded as the research object s. Theexperimental group received vacuum pad fixed position(n=25),and the control group received breast bracket fixed position(n=25). The setup errors,the placement success rate and the contact ratio of the two groups were compared. Results The positioningerror in the X direction,3 D direction,Y direction and Z direction of the Vacuum pad group were less than breast bracket group(P<0.05). A success rate of placement and three axis displacement were better than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of vacuum pad in three-dimensional conformal and intensity-modulated radiotherapy for breast cancer,can effec-tively reduce the beam position error,and increase the total power of the placement and coincidence degree. The effect is ideal,and is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
