摘要
在"一带一路"倡议下,将传统海丝文化开发与服务设计新思维相结合,对南海神庙旅游系统进行服务创新设计,进一步优化南海神庙的文化旅游体验,以此开拓神庙文化多元化继承与传播的途径。通过对南海神庙旅游开发服务价值及服务缺口的分析,制订了神庙文化旅游服务设计策略。并针对其庙会"波罗诞"旅游服务进行调研,使用用户历程法深挖"波罗诞"旅游服务用户行为流程和触点元素,构建旅游服务价值链,设计了波罗鸡文化服务APP应用框架。通过南海神庙文化旅游服务设计策略和相关文化服务APP的应用,实现对当地独特人文资源的开发和有效传播,延长当地文化周期和可持续发展力。
The work aims to study service design of Nanhai Temple Tourism System under the concept of service design. In the context of the One Belt,One Road initiative,the development of Haisi culture was combined with service design to optimize the cultural tourism experience of the Nanhai Temple,thereby opening up more ways to inherit and spread the temple culture. It analyzes the value and service gap of tourism development services in the South China Sea Temple,and conducts research on its BOLUODAN tourism service in the temple fair. It uses the user history method to dig deep into the Polo tourism service user behavior process and contact elements,establish a tourism service value chain,and design APP application framework. The results researched and formulated the design strategy of temple cultural tourism service and constructed the Boluo Birthday tourism service value chain and the Boluo chicken culture experience service blueprint and APP application framework. It is hoped that through the design strategy and related applications of Nanhai Temple Cultural Tourism Service,it will effectively enhance the development and effective dissemination of local unique human resources,and extend the local cultural cycle and sustainable development.
