摘要 压电传感器是将感受到的压力信号按照一定规律转化为电信号进行输出的装置,通常由压力敏感元件和信号处理单元组成。近年来,随着有机电子器件和柔性基质材料的发展,新型柔性压电材料聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)已经在电子皮肤、健康监测、电子电工、运动器材、纺织品、环境监测等领域显示出巨大的应用价值。 Piezoelectric sensors are devices that convert the pressure signals they feel into electrical signals for output in accordance with a certain rule.They usually consist of a pressure-sensitive element and a signal processing unit.In recent years,with the development of organic electronic devices and flexible matrix materials,the new flexible piezoelectric material polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)has shown high application value in the fields of electronic skin,health monitoring,electronic and electrical,sports equipment,textiles and environmental monitoring.
