摘要
用环氧乙烷与二正丁胺为原料合成二丁基氨基乙醇,通过正交试验得到了影响产率的4种因素:原料物质的量比>催化剂的量>反应温度>催化剂的种类。最终产物用气质联用仪检测了纯度并验证了其结构。
Dibutylaminoethanol was synthesized by using ethylene oxide and di-n-butylamine as raw materials.Four factors affecting the yield were obtained through orthogonal experiments:the ratio of the amount of raw materials>the amount of catalyst>the reaction temperature>kind.The final product was tested for purity and verified its structure using a GC/MS.
