摘要
康德关于男女两性的讨论非常重要,既涉及美感与崇高感的不同,又事关感性与知性的分离和结合,而且还有意建立自己的性别正义论。这种性别正义论有生理学和政治学的双重根据。从政治学的根据出发,自由、平等、独立的两性关系得到了确立。从生理学的根据出发,两性的差别得到了承认。双重根据叠加,一方面承认了男女两性的差别,一方面把两性平等设定为自己的范导性原则,而不会使两性差别固化。缺失了双重根据中的任何一个,固然可以获得一种明晰或确定性,但因此却更容易陷入英雄式气魄承当的狂热之中。
Kant’s discussion on gender is of great importance.It involves not only the differences between the sense of beauty and sublime,but also the separation and combination of sensibility and understanding.Moreover,Kant intends to establish his own theory of gender justice.His theory of gender justice has a dual basis of physiology and politics.From the basis of politics,the gender relations of freedom,equality and independence have been established;and from the physiological basis,the gender differences have been admitted.This dual basis influences each other,on the one hand,Kant acknowledges the differences between men and women,and on the other hand,he sets gender equality as his guiding principle,instead of solidifying the differences between men and women.Without any of the dual basis,perhaps we can obtain a kind of clarity or certainty,but we are more likely to fall into heroic fanaticism.
