摘要
针对现有装调系统方式方法的不足,对装调系统的误差特性开展分析,在此基础上提出改进建议及装调效率提升可行性研究,力求使操作流程更加方便简捷,技术准备时间大幅减少,装调效率得到较大的提升。
Based on the analysis of the error characteristics of the assembly and adjustment system,the improvement sugges tions and the feasibility study of the efficiency improvement are put forward in order to make the operation flow more convenient and simple,in view of the deficiency of the existing methods and methods of the assembly and adjustment system and the analysis of the error characteristics of the system.The technical preparation time is greatly reduced,and the installation efficiency is greatly im proved.
