摘要
目的分析血白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、白介素-6(IL-6)和降钙素原(PCT)在手足口病中的表达情况。方法收集80例确诊为手足口病的儿童为实验组,收集同期50例正常儿童为对照组,分别检测两组患儿血WBC、CRP、SAA、IL-6和PCT水平。结果实验组中患儿WBC、CRP、SAA、IL-6和PCT水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);其阳性检出率分别为67.5%、70.0%、85.0%、55.0%和81.3%,均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血WBC、CRP、SAA、IL-6和PCT在手足口病患儿中高表达,或可作为手足口病早期诊断的辅助指标。
Objective To analyze the expression of white blood cell(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum amyloid A(SAA),interleukin-6(IL-6)and procalcitonin(PCT)in hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 80 children diagnosed with HFMD were enrolled as the Experimental Group while 50 normal children during the same period were enrolled as the Control Group.The WBC,CRP,SAA,IL-6 and PCT level in two group were detected and analyzed.Results The WBC,CRP,SAA,IL-6 and PCT level in the Experimental Group were significantly higher than those in the Normal Group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive rates of WBC,CRP,SAA,IL-6 and PCT in the Experimental Group were 67.5%,70.0%,85.0%,55.0%and 81.3%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the Normal Group(P<0.01).Conclusions The high expression of blood WBC,CRP,SAA,IL-6 and PCT may be used as auxiliary indicators for the early diagnosis of HFMD.
