摘要
隧道二衬施工中端头模板常被忽视,使用零星木模板拼凑封堵。存在漏浆,钢筋定位不准等问题。通过采用模块化ABS塑胶模板作为二衬端头模板,并成功设计和应用在倘甸6号隧道。封堵效果较好、钢筋定位准确、可重复使用,具有较好经济效益。
The end formwork is often neglected in tunnel secondary lining construction.There are problems such as leaky slurry and inaccurate rebar positioning.Through the use of modular ABS plastic formwork as a secondary liner end formwork,it was successfully designed and applied to the#6 tunnel in Tangdian.The blocking effect is better,the steel rebar positioning is accurate,can be reused,and has better economic benefits.
