摘要
目的:研究微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的安全性及效果。方法:2017年8月-2018年8月收治进行口腔正畸治疗的患者80例,使用随机数字法分为两组。对照组应用以往常规正畸治疗;观察组应用微型种植体支抗进行治疗。比较两组患者磨牙位置、上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙倾角及治疗后不良反应出现情况。结果:观察组在磨牙位置、上中切牙凸距差以及上中切牙倾角指标方面均明显优于对照组,观察组治疗后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔正畸治疗中应用微型种植体支抗方式治疗具有显著效果,患者各项临床指标明显更优,同时患者治疗后不良反应发生率更低,具有较高的安全性。
Objective:To study the safety and effect of micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods:80 patients were selected for orthodontic treatment from August 2017 to August 2018,they were divided into the two groups by random number method.The control group was treated with conventional orthodontics,the observation group was treated with micro implant anchorage.The position of molars,the difference of protrusion between the upper and middle incisors,the inclination of the upper and middle incisors and the adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of molar location,upper crown incisor difference,and upper incisor inclination,the observation group had significantly lower adverse reactions after treatment than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment has a significant effect,the clinical indicators of the patients were significantly better,and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment is lower,which has higher safety.
