摘要
目的:探讨基于加速康复外科理念的医护患一体化模式在整合式大隐静脉曲张日间手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取重庆医科大学附属永川医院2018年11月至2019年10月内92例行大隐静脉曲张日间手术的住院患者为研究对象,对照组38例,实验组54例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用基于加速康复外科理念的医护患一体化模式管理。比较两组患者的舒适状况、疼痛评分、术后康复知识掌握率及其对诊疗服务的满意度。结果:实验组的舒适状况评分、术后康复知识掌握率和满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用基于加速康复外科理念的医护一体化模式,可提高大隐静脉曲张日间手术住院患者护理质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the integrated doctor-nurse-patient model based on the con-cept of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients undergoing integrated day surgery for great saphenous varicoseveins.Methods:A total of 92 hospitalized patients with great saphenous varicose veins who underwent day surgeryin Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from November 2018 to October 2019 were en-rolled and divided into control group with 38 patients and experimental group with 54 patients.The patients in thecontrol group received routine nursing,and those in the observation group were managed according to the integrateddoctor-nurse-patient model based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery.The two groups were comparedin terms of comfort,pain score,awareness rate of the knowledge of postoperative rehabilitation,and degree of satis-faction with diagnosis and treatment.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher comfort score,aware-ness rate of the knowledge of postoperative rehabilitation,and degree of satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group had a significantly lower pain score than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated doctor-nurse-patient model based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery can improve thequality of nursing for hospitalized patients undergoing day surgery for great saphenous varicose veins.
