摘要
随着对石化装置安全生产的重视,有关的安全标准及行业指导意见相继发布或更新,在按这些标准实施过程中,有相互矛盾、重复、要求不明确及概念化的问题,给具体设计及实际生产过程带来困难。结合设计及工程经验,试图对紧急切断阀的选择、控制逻辑及工程设计给出可行的方案,力求既满足各种安全规范标准要求又做到方案合理、节省投资。
With increased attention on the safe operation of petrochemical units,relevant safety standards and industrial guidelines are issued or upda?ted.During implementation of such standards,there are contradiction,repetition,ambiguity and conceptualization issues,which presents difficulties to the actual design and operation.Based on design and engineering experiences,efforts are made to provide feasible solutions for the selection,control logic and engineering design of the emergency shutoff valve,in accordance with various applicable safety codes and standards,in order to reach to a solution with cost effectiveness.
