摘要
为响应项目公司“建设工程品质提升”工作号召,中国交通建设股份有限公司河北高速公路项目总承包部,以太行山高速公路京蔚段为先导,全面启动了品质提升工程,建设品质提升体验基地,将文字交底变为实物交底,确保体验人员“看得见、摸得着、学得到、带得走”,克服了传统交底的局限性,达到了“说教再多、不如一次体验”的效果,管理提升显著。
