摘要
为了明确穿刺针在不同组织中的偏转半径,文中使用不同型号的穿刺针对PVA假体组织及动物组织进行穿刺,并使用CCD相机与B超仪对穿刺图像进行采集;对采集到的图像运用半径拟合模型来对偏转半径进行计算,采用运动学模型对拟合出的半径值进行仿真轨迹验证。结果表明:由最小二乘法得到的半径值偏差小于7%,具有较好的稳定性,实验中所得到的针体轨迹与使用半径拟合值得到的仿真轨迹之间的误差均小于10%。本实验建立的半径拟合模型对针体的半径拟合结果具有较高的准确度及实用性。
To determine the deflection radius of the puncture needle in different tissues,different types of needles are used to insert in PVA prosthesis and animal tissues and CCD camera and B-ultrasound are used to collect images.The radius fitting model is used to calculate the deflection radius;moreover,the geometric approximation method is used to verify the simulation trajectory of the fitted radius value.Consequently,the deviation of the radius value obtained by the least square method is less than 7%,which is good in stability.The error between the experiment trajectory and the simulation trajectory is less than 10%,which indicates that the radius fitting model has high accuracy and practicability for the radius fitting results of the needle body.
