摘要
目的了解阿坝州学校结核病的疫情特征,为进一步做好学校结核病防控工作提供科学依据。方法收集阿坝州2013-2018年结核病信息管理系统学生和全人群结核病患者资料,采用描述性流行病学方法对学生结核病患者登记资料进行分析。结果2013-2018年阿坝州共报告学生结核病患者1018例,学生结核病年平均发病率为105.64/10万;报告病例数以3月最多;若尔盖、阿坝两县病例占全部学生病例的52.16%;阿坝州学生结核病患者以女性为主,男女性别比为0.64∶1;年龄以13~20岁为主;2013-2018年学生结核病管理比例逐渐提高;估算藏族学生平均发病率159.25/10万。结论阿坝州学校结核病疫情不容乐观,尤其是牧区县份更应该重视学校结核病防治工作,重点关注藏族学生集中的学校,关注女性学生群体。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis in Aba Prefecture School,so as to provide a scientific basis for further prevention and control of tuberculosis in schools.Methods The data of tuberculosis patients in Aba Prefecture from 2013 to 2018 were collected from tuberculosis information management system.The data of tuberculosis registration were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 1018 pupils with tuberculosis were reported in Aba Prefecture from 2013 to 2018,with an average annual incidence of 105.64/10-5.The number of reported cases were in the peak in March,52.16%of all pupils were reported in Zoige and Aba Counties.Female students tuberculosis cases was more common in Aba Prefecture,with a sex ratio of 0.64∶1.Tuberculosis cases were mainly about 13-20 years old.The proportion of tuberculosis management among students had been increasing gradually from 2013 to 2018.The estimated average incidence of Tibetan students was 159.25/100000.Conclusion The epidemic situation of tuberculosis in schools in Aba Prefecture is not optimistic,especially in pastoral counties,where the school tuberculosis prevention and treatment should be more emphasized.It is necessary to pay more attention to the schools concentrated with Tibetan students and focus on female students.
