新型冠状病毒细胞受体ACE2的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种由新型冠状病毒引发的急性传染病,已在全球呈现多点暴发趋势。近期的多项研究显示新型冠状病毒的S蛋白RBD区域可以和血管紧张素转化酶Ⅱ结合进入细胞。因此,血管紧张素转化酶Ⅱ与病毒感染细胞密切相关,可能是新型冠状病毒肺炎潜在的治疗靶点,深入研究血管紧张素转化酶Ⅱ与新型冠状病毒之间的关系将有助于把控人群遗传易感性及药物研发,推动疾控、临床和科研人员更快地制定出相关防控、诊疗方案。本研究综述新型冠状病毒及细胞表面受体血管紧张素转化酶Ⅱ目前的研究进展。 Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is an acute infectious disease,with a multipoint tendency,which has been caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).There have been several reports showing that SARS-CoV-2 was revealed as binding to angiotensin converting enzymeⅡ(ACE2)by spike protein and entering the cell.ACE2 is a key point to virus-infected cells apparently.Therefore it will be a potential therapeutic target for SARS-CoV-2.It is necessary to explore the relationship between ACE2 and SARS-CoV-2,which is of great significance in controlling the genetic susceptibility of the population and subsequent drug research and development.It will also be helpful in disease control and clinical methods,also facilitating researchers in establishing relevant ways of prevention and control and deciding upon appropriate diagnosis and therapeutic plans faster.The advancement of studies on SARS-CoV-2 and ACE2 was reviewed in this paper.
