摘要
文章首先分析了健康管理和移动医疗的相关性,随后介绍了以移动医疗为基础的社区健康管理模式,包括健康信息采集与建档管理、健康监测评估、干预管理和效果评价,最后提出了相关实施策略,包括全面普及、创建管理平台、开发移动医疗APP、可持续发展问题,希望能给相关人士提供有效参考。
This paper at first works out an analysis of the correlation between health management and mobile health, and then it focuses on the community health management mode based on mobile health, which includes health information collection and filing management, health monitoring and evaluation, intervention management as well as effect evaluation. Lastly, relevant implementation strategies are put forward, including comprehensive popularization, foundation of a management platform, development of mobile health app, plus its sustainability, thus intending to provide effective reference for people involved in.
