摘要
微波消融仪冷却泵的作用是将微波消融手术时冷却用的生理盐水输入到微波针头部位,使其通过微波消融针头形成循环流动,从而使针头温度处于合理范围。采用当前广泛应用的3D设计软件Solidworks设计冷却泵,设计了一种偏心轮机构,实现压块的自动抬起动作。通过电子样机的设计优化,避免了通过制造物理样机反复修改测试,节约了大量设计时间。最后对物理样机进行了测试,结果证明使用Solidworks设计的冷却泵符合设计目标。
The function of the cooling pump of the microwave ablation instrument is to input the normal saline used for cooling during the microwave ablation operation into the position of the microwave needle,so that it can form circulation flow through the microwave ablation needle,so that the temperature of the needle is in a reasonable range.The 3D design software Solidworks,which is widely used at present,is used to design the cooling pump,and an eccentric mechanism is designed to realize the automatic lifting action of the pressure block.Through the design optimization of the electronic prototype,it avoids the repeated modification and test of the physical prototype,and saves a lot of design time.Finally,the physical prototype is tested,and the results show that the cooling pump designed by Solidworks meets the design objectives.
