摘要
目的:分析脑出血患者术后实施急诊监护室护理干预的临床应用价值。方法:本次研究选择本院2018年2月至2019年2月收治脑出血患者94例为对象,均接受手术治疗,参照计算机抽选结果分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者术后辅以常规护理干预,观察组患者术后辅以急诊监护室护理干预,比较两组患者神经功能恢复情况,记录并计算各组患者术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者术后经护理干预后,神经功能GOS评分(4.52±0.14)分明显高于对照组,MRS评分(1.07±0.13)分、NIHSS评分(1.19±0.06)分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,观察组患者发生并发症的概率较对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血患者术后辅以急诊监护室护理干预可帮助患者恢复神经功能,预防并发症。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of Emergency care unit nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods:In this study,94 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as subjects.All patients received surgical treatment.According to the results of computer selection,the patients in the control group were divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention after operation,and the patients in the observation group were given Emergency care unit nursing intervention after operation.The recovery of neurological function was compared between the two groups,and the complications of each group were recorded and calculated.Results:After postoperative nursing intervention,the neurological GOS score(4.52±0.14)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the MRS score(1.07±0.13)and NIHSS score(1.19±0.06)were both higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative Emergency care unit nursing intervention in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage can help patients recover neurological function,prevent complications.
