摘要
基于对汽车安全气囊生产线现有管理系统的研究和分析,根据实际生产线工艺复杂、生产节奏快、精度要求高、响应速度慢等特点,针对性地开发出一套适合于所有汽车零部件生产线的MES系统。
This thesis is based on the research and analysis of the existing management system of the automotive airbag production line.A MES system has been developed to adopt to all production line of automotive parts,according to the characteristics of the actual production line such as complex process,fast production rhythm,high accuracy,and low response speed.
