摘要
目的探究个性化护理对腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术患者围手术期并发症的影响。方法以2017年1月至2019年1月为研究时间段,将该时间段在我院行腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术的患者80例,作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例,对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组在此基础上实施个性化护理,对比两组护理效果。结果①在并发症发生率上,观察组为5.00%,低于对照组的32.50%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②在护理满意度上,观察组为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理可有效预防腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术患者围术期并发症,促进术后康复,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度;因此,值得采纳应用。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing on perioperative complications of patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods From January 2017 to March 2019,80 patients who underwent laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,40 in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,while the observation group received personalized nursing on the basis of this,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results(1)The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 32.50%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)In terms of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 75.00%of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing can effectively prevent perioperative complications of patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy,promote post-operative rehabilitation,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services;therefore,it is worth adopting and applying.
