低频信号对AHV-Ⅳ可控震源平板的影响及应对措施

摘要 近期国外某项目连续出现AHV-Ⅳ平板开裂现象。出现平板开裂现象的这些项目均采用了低频扫描信号,比如某项目扫描信号为(1.5~96Hz,9s,75%),其中低频段1.5~5Hz为3s,占整个扫描长度的1/3。相对于常规扫描,低频扫描加上高效采集大大增加了平板的挠曲变形和疲劳强度。本文针对震源平板的开裂对平板的结构、开裂位置以及在不同工况下平板的受力分析,通过钢板的疲劳强度曲线和震源振动时对平板建立的模型来具体分析开裂的原因,找到了开裂的原因并提出了三种解决方案。通过选择最佳方案,制定行之有效的焊接程序及补救措施来修复平板,使震源平板恢复了正常工作,也为今后新平板的设计和维修提供了新的思路和有效方法。 Recently, we continue to find that there are some cracks on the baseplates of vibrators in some overseas projects. These projects all use low-frequency sweep signal. For example, one project uses sweep signal(1.5~96 Hz,9 s,75%) and low-frequency section(1.5~5 Hz)which takes 3 s and 1/3 of the whole sweep length. In Comparison to normal sweep, low-frequency sweep with high-efficiency acquisition greatly increases flexural deflection and fatigue strength of base plates. According to these cracks on vibrators, structures of baseplates and analyses of force under different working conditions, we create a model through fatigue intensity curve of steel plate during vibrator shooting times. This paper simply finds three main reasons for the cracks and provides three solutions to cracks respectively. By making an optimal method, we make an efficient welding program and a remedial measure to repair baseplates in order to keep all vibrator baseplates working smoothly. Also, we put forward to some creative ideas for designing and repairing in this paper.
