Objective To analyze the nursing value of optimizing Chinese medicine nursing scheme in preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects.Divide it into 2 groups of 80 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and based on this, the observation group received optimized Chinese medicine care.Analysis results. Results The viscosity of 1 day,7 day and 14 day total blood reduction and plasma viscosity of the two subjects were statistically different. There was difference of 14 day total blood viscosity, and there was no signifi cant difference of swelling before and after intervention. The incidence of DVT was 6.25%in the control group and 21.25%in the observation group.Compared with the control group, the incidence of DVT was signifi cantly higher in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with acute cerebral infarction, the optimization of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program can fundamentally refl ect the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of this condition.Lower lower extremity deep vein thrombosis rate.Effective dilution of blood viscosity, improve the treatment effect, strong safety, high effectiveness,so it is worth further promotion in the clinical application.
