摘要
目的分析强力枇杷露治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果。方法研究对象为感冒后咳嗽患者,例数200例,采用抽签分组方式对研究对象200例进行分组,患者收取时间在2017年6月10日至2018年6月10日,分为观察组一组(100例感冒后咳嗽患者)、对照组一组(100例感冒后咳嗽患者),分别实施强力枇杷露治疗以及常规治疗,将两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组感冒后咳嗽患者的不良反应发生率4.00%低于对照组不良反应发生率12.00%(P<0.05);观察组感冒后咳嗽患者的夜间咳嗽症状评分(1.19±0.65)分、日间咳嗽症状评分(1.25±0.81)分低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组感冒后咳嗽患者的总有效率(其中显效患者90例、有效患者5例、无效患者5例)高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通过对感冒后咳嗽患者实施强力枇杷露治疗后,取得十分显著的效果,能促进患者早期康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of strong loquat syrup on cough after cold.Methods The object of study,for after a cold cough patients 200 cases,using the grouping of lottery to the object of study to group 200 cases,patients with charging time on June 10,2017 to June 10,2018,divided into the observation group of a group(100 patients after a cold cough),control group a group(100 patients after a cold cough),implement puissant strong loquat syrup treatment and routine treatment respectively,and compare the curative effect of two groups of patients.Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%in the observation group and 10.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of night cough symptom(1.19±0.65)and day cough symptom(1.25±0.81)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(90 cases with significant effect,5 cases with effective effect and 5 cases with ineffective effect)of cough patients after a cold in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with cough after a cold after the implementation of strong loquat syrup treatment,achieved a very significant effect,can promote the early rehabilitation of patients.
