摘要
目的关于基层医院血液标本临床检验不合格的因素分析和策略探究。方法将我基层妇婴医院在2018年3月至2019年6月进行血常规检验的2000例健康体检者作为本文的调查对象,所有调查对象均进行血常规的检验,常规对研究对象进行静脉血采集,将采集所得的血液标本送归实验室检查,同时对不合格血液标本所占比重进行统计,调查血液检验不合格的原因,并总结相关的策略。结果本文所选择的2000例进行血常规检验的研究对象当中存在血液标本不合格85例,占4.25%;对导致血常规临床血液标本检验不合格的因素进行分析,本文存在有溶血因素22例,占25.88%,明确因素20例,占23.53%,抗凝剂使用不当15例,占17.65%,检验标本送检不及时16例,占18.82%,标本样本量不足12例,占14.12%。结论基层医院进行血液标本检验时导致标本临床检验不合格的原因主要是存在溶血、凝血、抗凝剂使用不当、标本送检不及时和标本量不足等相关的情况,临床针对于此进行针对性的质控,在很大程度上可以提高血常规检验的合格率,值得重视。
Objective To analyze the factors and strategies for the unqualifi ed clinical examination of blood samples in primary hospitals.Methods 2000 patients who underwent routine blood tests from March 2018 to June 2019 in our primary hospital were included in the study.All the subjects were tested for blood routine.The patients were routinely collected for venous blood.The blood samples are sent to the laboratory for examination,and the proportion of unqualifi ed blood specimens is counted,the reasons for the unqualifi ed blood tests are investigated,and relevant strategies are summarized.Results Among the 2000 subjects who were selected for blood routine examination,85 cases were unqualifi ed,accounting for 4.25%.The factors causing unqualifi ed blood routine blood test were analyzed.There were 22 cases of hemolysis in this paper.Accounted for 25.88%,20 cases were clear factors,accounting for 23.53%,15 cases were improperly used anticoagulant,accounting for 17.65%,16 cases were not sent in time,accounting for 18.82%,and the sample size of samples was less than 12 cases,accounting for 14.12%.Conclusion The main reasons for the unsatisfactory clinical examination of specimens in blood samples are the existence of hemolysis,coagulation,improper use of anticoagulants,untimely delivery of specimens and insuffi cient specimens.The quality control can greatly improve the pass rate of blood routine tests,which deserves attention.
