摘要
本文通过控制单一变量开展实验,对冶炼厂生产线精轧工作辊过程中的开轧温度、工作辊冷却水量、轧制负荷对工作辊氧化膜剥落缺陷的影响进行了定量的研究。获得了上述因素与带金属表面氧化膜缺陷率的对应关系,为工艺流程设计及提高产品质量提供了依据。
By controlling a single variable to carry out experiments,this paper makes a quantitative study on the influence of the open rolling temperature,the cooling water quantity and the rolling load on the oxide film peeling off defects of the work roll in the process of finishing rolling work roll of the production line of the smelter.The corresponding relationship between the above factors and the defect rate of the oxide film on the surface of the strip metal is obtained,which provides a basis for process design and product quality improvement.
