摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取大英县中医医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者100例,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,两组均持续治疗2个月。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效确切,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in Daying County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,50 cases each of group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was given the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of the total effective rate was higher than the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for chronic atrophic gastritis is effective,and with high safety.
