摘要
针对某高含硫天然气田集气站在投产初期就发现压差过高以及分离过滤器滤芯被堵塞问题,探讨了堵塞物质的成分,分析其成因并提出缓解措施及日常管理建议。明确了该堵塞物质与其他气田报道过的集输系统中硫沉积部位所发现的物质存在物理特性差异,但仍属于硫沉积。通过化验分析,给出了该堵塞物质成分主要由单质硫、少量烃类物质和方解石构成。
In the beginning of operation of a Sour Gas Project,it was found that the separator filters at Z Gas Gathering Station experienced high pressure differential and blockage.Aiming at these problems,it discusses composition of the sediments,reason of formation,and suggestions and measures for sulfur deposition mitigation.It confirmed that the sediments are sulfur depositions,which are different from those found in the position of sulfur deposition of gathering systems in other sour gas fields.The analysis result shows that the sediments are mainly composed of Sulfur,a small amount of hydrocarbon and calcite.
