受助者热情和能力对捐赠意愿的影响——共情的中介作用 被引量:2

The Influence of Recipients’Enthusiasm and Competence on the Willingness to Donate,the Mediating Role of Empathy

摘要 目的探究受助者热情和能力对捐赠意愿的影响及其内在机制。方法招募171名大学生被试,采用2(热情:高vs低)×2(能力:高vs低)被试间设计考察受助者热情、能力对捐赠意愿的影响以及共情反应的中介作用。结果(1)能力主效应显著,被试对低能力受助者的捐赠意愿显著高于高能力受助者;(2)热情主效应显著,被试对高热情受助者的捐赠意愿显著高于低热情受助者;(3)热情和能力交互作用显著,在高热情的受助者中,低能力感知的捐赠意愿显著高于高能力感知;而在低热情的受助者中,低能力感知的捐赠意愿与高能力感知无显著差异。(4)受助者热情通过情绪共情影响捐赠意愿;受助者能力通过认知共情影响捐赠意愿。结论受助者热情通过情绪共情影响捐赠意愿,而受助者能力通过认知共情影响捐赠意愿。 Objective Objective To explore the impact of the enthusiasm and competence of the recipients on the willingness to donate and its internal mechanisms.Methods A total of 171 undergraduates were recruited,and 2(enthusiasm high vs low)×2(competence high vs low)were used to examine the influence of the enthusiasm and competence of the recipients on their willingness to donate and the mediating effect of empathy.Results(1)The main effect of competence was significant,and the subjects'willingness to donate to low-competence recipients was significantly higher than that of high-competence recipients;(2)the main effect of enthusiasm was significant,and the subjects'willingness to donate to highly warm recipients was significant higher than that of low warm recipients;(3)The interactive effect of enthusiasm and competence was significant.Among high-warmth recipients,the donation intention of low-competence perception e was significantly higher than that of high-competence perception.However,there was no significant difference in donation intention between low-competence and high-competence perception.(4)The enthusiasm of the recipients affected the donation willingness through emotional empathy;the competence of the recipient influenced the willingness to donate through cognitive empathy.Conclusion The enthusiasm of the recipients affects the willingness to donate through emotional empathy,while the competence of the recipient influences the willingness to donate through cognitive empathy.
