摘要
改善人民群众看病就医体验,是深化医药卫生体制改革的必然要求和最终目标,实施健康中国战略对增强人民群众获得感又提出了新的要求。从国际经验来看,要实现"以患者为中心"的价值医疗,改善患者体验是一个很好的切入点。英国是国际上较早重视改善患者体验的国家,除了像大多数国家那样通过改进医疗服务质量来改善患者体验之外,还发布了专门的改善患者体验指南。文章对英国改善患者体验指南的内容进行了详细介绍,并提出了相应建议,以资为我国患者体验相关研究和政策制定提供借鉴。
Improving people’s health experience is the inevitable requirement and ultimate goal of deepening the reform of healthcare system. Implementing the Strategy of Healthy China puts forward new requirements for enhancing people’s sense of gain. According to international experience,it is a good point to improve patient experience in order to realize"patient-centered"value based healthcare. The UK pays much attention to improving patient experience. Besides promoting the quality of healthcare to improve patient experience as most countries do,the UK has also issued special guidelines for improving patient experience. In the paper,the contents of the guideline for improving patient experience in adult NHS services is introduced in detail,and corresponding suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the related research and policy formulation of patient experience in China.
