犹豫直觉模糊偏好关系积性一致性及其在群决策中的应用 被引量:2

Multiplicative Consistency of Hesitant-intuitionistic Fuzzy Preference Relations and Its Application in Group Decision Making

摘要 模糊偏好关系在群决策中得到了广泛研究,针对犹豫直觉模糊集既能反映决策者偏好和非偏好的信息,又能描述其犹豫心理的特点,提出了犹豫直觉模糊偏好关系及其积性一致性的定义。为了修复不一致的犹豫直觉模糊偏好关系,先构建积性一致性指标,然后提出两种修复方法。最后,将犹豫直觉模糊偏好关系应用到群决策中,通过实例和比较说明了两种修复方法的有效性和合理性。 Fuzzy preference relations(FPRs) have been intensively researched in group decision making. The hesitant-intuitionistic fuzzy sets(HIFs) can not only reflect the decision makers’ preference and non-preference, but also describe the characteristics of hesitancy. In this paper, the definition of the hesitant-intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations(HIFPRs) and its multiplicative consistency is proposed. In order to repair the inconsistent HIFPRs, the multiplicative consistency index is constructed at first, and two novel adjustment methods are proposed to obtain the acceptable consistent HIFPRs. Finally, the HIFPRs is applied to the group decision making, and the effectiveness and rationality of the two adjustment methods are illustrated by an example and comparison.
