摘要
高等教育肩负着培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重大任务,高校立身之本在于立德树人。借力现代信息技术,促进自觉学习;制度先行,明确责任,调动导师履行立德树人第一责任人的积极性;内因、外因共同作用,立德树人系统正常运转,高校毕业后在为人民群众健康保驾护航的岗位上体现立德树人的效果与价值。
Higher education shoulders the important task of cultivating socialist constructors and successors,and the foundation of colleges and universities lies in enhancing morality and fostering talents.It is necessary to promote self-conscious learning with the help of modern information technology.Sound regulations should be established to make clear the responsibilities of mentors,so as to mobilize them to fulfill their responsibilities of"enhancing morality,fostering talents".With internal and external factors working together,schools will take humanistic education as a priority and return to the essence of education,so as to cultivate high quality medical graduates.
