摘要
针对当前矿井通风机由于在运行过程中只能以恒定的转速运行、能量浪费大、对通风机运行状态的判断只能依靠人员定期维护所存在的效率低、维护效果差、故障率高的缺陷,提出了一种矿井通风机远程监控系统.该控制系统采用数据总线方式连接井下监控单元和井上监控中心,具有数据传输速度快、抗干扰性强的特点,能够实现对通风机运行状态的实时监控,自动故障异常进行报警,同时能够和井下的瓦斯浓度监控系统联动,通过变频调节控制装置实现风机转速的可调,满足在不同工况下的通风要求,极大地提升了井下通风的安全性和经济性.
Aiming at the defects of low efficiency,low maintenance effect and high failure rate,a remote monitoring system for mine ventilator is proposed.The control system is connected with downhole monitoring unit and on-well monitoring center by means of data bus.It has the characteristics of fast data transmission speed and strong anti-interference.The system can realize real-time monitoring of ventilator operation state,automatic fault abnormal alarm and gas concentration monitoring system.
