摘要 针对采用胶轮车存在车厢高度高、装卸物料不方便、运输物料时打滑不安全的问题,以及采用有轨运输时存在用工多、材料转场难、工作效率低、安全隐患多等缺点,韩家洼煤业根据自身实际情况,研发了一种矿井履带式顺槽物料车,提高了运输车爬坡能力,减少了打滑现象以及降低了车厢高度,提高了工作面顺槽物料运输效率和作业安全. In view of the problems of high height of carriage,inconvenient loading and unloading materials,unsafe skid when transporting materials,and the disadvantages of using rail to transport more workers,difficult material transfer,low working efficiency and many hidden dangers of safety.According to its own actual situation,Hanjiawa Coal Industry has developed a mine crawler material vehicle,which improves the climbing ability of the transport vehicle,reduces the skid phenomenon and the height of the car,and improves the efficiency and safety of the transportation of the material in the working face.
