摘要
针对喷浆机在实际应用中寿命低、维修费用高等问题,在对喷浆机简单研究及现状分析的基础上,基于SolidWroks和ANSYS软件对其螺旋给料机构中的螺旋叶片进行建模仿真,并根据仿真结果对叶片的材料、焊接工艺、成形工艺以及热处理工艺进行改进,为提升喷浆机的性能奠定基础.
Aiming at the problems of low life and high maintenance cost in the practical application of the jet machine,based on the simple research and current situation analysis of the jet machine, the spiral blade in the screw feed mechanism is modeled and simulated based on Solid Wroks and ANSYS software, and the material, welding process,forming process and heat treatment process of the blade are improved according to the simulation results, which lays a foundation for improving the performance of the jet machine.
