Design of Energy Saving Control Strategy for the Belt Conveyor

摘要 在分析当前带式输送机耗能因素的基础上,分析了节能改造的思路,提出将变频调速应用其中的想法,采用模糊控制规则实现对带式输送机变频调速的控制,并对节能效果进行了验证,最终应用效果良好,值得推广。 On the basis of analyzing the current energy consumption factors of belt conveyor,this paper analyzes the idea of energy saving reform,puts forward the idea of applying frequency conversion speed regulation in it,uses fuzzy control rules to realize the control of frequency conversion speed regulation of belt conveyor,and verifies the energy saving effect.
